You know, I had that initial thought during the recent show that he won, but who knows...I have him winning depending on the criteria, mood of the judges, and lunar phase

haha go for it, I've been following him on fb since last year. Dudes impressive and if you google his name, you can see his fitness modeling pics prior to bodybuilding, its crazy how big hes gotten.

He's going to nail filling out and not look that shredded... aka will look perfect. If he nails it. Anton looks like he's gonna come in lookin' like he's lookin' without messing too much. So if Sadik nails his fill out, and I'm sure he will... he'll rock it.

The guys in Physique are getting bigger and bigger. I finished 2nd in a few local shows along with a few 1st place finishes before I took to the National stage and earned my ProCard. In the shows I finished 2nd I was told I was "too big" by the judges. Now I'm looking to add another 10-15 lbs. of lean muscle to be able to compete at the pro level next year lol. I spoke to Sadik at the IFBB North Americans where I got my card and he said he was going to come in right around 190 lbs (I didn't ask, but he's about 6 feet tall, just a bit taller than me). When you get that lean, you just look much bigger than you actually are. I'm sitting at 178 in my profile pic and I'm 5'11".

Probably. He's one of the bigger guys, and I think I recall one of the judges saying that he looks bodybuilderish. I think he looks awesome, but the judges might think he's a little too big. Obviously, not too big to keep him from winning shows, but maybe from winning the Men's Physique Olympia.

I think it depends on what poses he hits... most of the olympia physique competitors, if they were to hit the most muscular in the locker room with great lighting,most of them will seem to look too big for mens physique

Forearms are lacking mass, biceps are lacking thickness, mass, head and development, triceps are lacking size, sweep, thickness, delts are bigger than bis/tris. And of course legs, well they aren't even shown (physique competitor) but they're nothing of note

Umm first of all you can't even see legs in this pic, and idk who you're comparing to but sadik is one of the bigger MP competitors and rivals a lot of bodybuilders, not to mention the average gym rat. He's not small by no means. If you mean compared to the Olympia bodybuilders then yes, but these guys don't train or eat for that look so of course they won't be that big.

actually its the opposite. IFBB rewards bigger guys. NPC rewards smaller physiques. Pretty much everyone who placed well at the Olympia are bigger physiques. And I THINK...that's the show competitors are aiming for.

I totally get what you are saying but they judge by the slightest of margins on such s!all factors..He poses in a way where he doesn't accentuate his full muscularity.. But he's bigger than a lot of these dudes and more conditioned

Though he's been doing pretty well... A lot of people are saying his looks and personality have a lot to do with it.

If he bulks up to 240-260 he can do a lot wit his wide frame and v taper. His height is pretty decent too. I mean seriously the dude has some serious muscular definition check this pic

Look at that width...

He's just too defined muscularly... The dudes that end up beating him have softer muscle definition and not as big backs, smaller calves, less muscle vascularit and striations

I personally don't take into consideration what the judges were looking for two Olympia's ago. Yea he won last year but I got the feeling a lot of people were legitimately surprised.

On the other hand, he placed 6th this year, behind bigger guys Jason Poston (3rd) Sadik (2nd) and Jeremy Buendia (1st, don't let his height fool you, he's a bigger body)
