Wow 2.5 hours. After about 1 1/2 hour I am about done. Hopefully they longer I got at this the closer I can get to more endurance!

Hi everyone,

This is our longest Vega thread and I appreciate all of your support!

We're 15 pages long in this thread and as the last time we announce winners in this specific thread, I ended up with quite a few more names than I had planned. That means I'm going to ask winners to be a bit patient as we collect addresses, ensure we have enough supplies, delegate some of the shipping to our office, handling some ourselves, and all that.

In general, our office will be taking over with the shipping of prize packages more and more and they take a few extra days longer than I normally would. So please allow a little extra time and your patience will be greatly appreciated.

Ha! The Thank You Card escapes nobody! Except for the packages shipped from our office. But as long as I ship something out personally, you can count on a thank-you card. Some people on here have won 3 or even more Vega contests over the past 8 months we've been running them on BB.com and they still get a card every time.

That's just how I roll.

I'm getting your shirt to you as fast as I can. Sorry about the issue with our shipping department for the Canadian orders. That was a real bummer for all of you to have delayed packages and not have your shirts and products to wear and try out.

Another big apology to the Canadian winners who had your addresses sitting in the computer system in our Canadian office but weren't released until I tracked down the issue and called the office and emailed until I got to the bottom of it.

All Canadian packages will be arriving soon.

So I do have some Canadian in me.

I'm working on the package preparation and some other projects and Karen is providing updates based on the info we got from the Canadian office.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding. I thought all of these were shipped a week ago or before, until I realized the issue last week. We hopped on it as soon as we could. I've left quite a few voicemails for the office letting the know how hard we work on BB.com to maintain a positive reputation and that I wasn't pleased with the oversight in the shipping system.

They responded quickly and commented:

"I’ve been experiencing delays with some orders and such, lately – it’s a busy time of year for the CER team. I know this was important though, so I’m glad to jump in and help out when needed."

Now.....I hope all the sizes and such were correct! Ha! Anytime the responsibility is not left up to me I worry about little things going wrong, as it did with this shipping glitch.

I agree. Usually idgaf about being 'healthy' since it's easier not to be. But if the price is reasonable, I'd definitely grab the healthier option when shopping for protein bars. I hope the brand expands and more people will give it a try.
