So I have been here before consulting for advice on what to do to gain just a tiny bit of weight. It ended up becoming way too overwhelming for a layman as myself. So I went to a hella expensive nutritionist expert recomended by athletes because she did the meal plans for my country's pro athletes. So now you know that she was believable.
However after a month of my diet I have put on absolutely nothing. I've stayed at a measly 72,5 for my 190 cm. Needless to say I feel younger than my mates because of my thin girly ass build. I have never suffered from anorexia just to put that out there. I don't feel good because of the fact all my mates are bulking with great results all around me. So yeah this sucks.
I have however not been lifting weights for the duration of said diet, can not lifting contribute to 0 results? If so stop reading this thread and say so in a comment.
But can it be genetics? I've been told my family have very tall skinny guys on the male side and I wonder if this is just the way I am suppose to be?
Now for my last question:
Can I still be toned with muscles and a *cough sixpack cough* ? It would be nice to know I could still look semi good as a thin bloke.
If needed for giving me advice I will upload my meal plan. I didn't do that now because I would have to write it all in.
P.s Yes I bulk on all that crappy green bull**** you call food.(vegetables)

Eat more.
If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. No brain, no gain.

Typically try to stay away from strict macro counting for younger folks, but you're likely going to have to count calories so you know how much you're eating: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=159938141 and then eat more.
Lifting will help, ya know, build muscle. You've got a much better chance gaining almost all fat when you gain weight and don't lift.

Start a food diary and just right down what you are eating. You will probably be surprised by how little it is. As the other posters stated, you must eat if you want to gain weight. I'd also advise starting at a gym. Yes, genetics do matter, but you should not have any issues building a solid foundation.
