BF% Estimate

Hi guys,

I had a skin fold test done by the same person at the start and end of my cut.

The start of my cut I got 11%BF

And the end I got 8.2%BF

do my picture resemble around 8.2%BF?

Unfortunately, I am unable to post links or pictures, but the pictures are in my gallery, any ideas on if the skin fold was moderately accurate would be of help.

I've been booked in for a skin fold later today so will update, I've had a few people take a look up close and they seem to think 8-9 is right.

They also said they'd think more veins would be visible.

Hopefully can get some more opinions before I go !
