I'm sorry but I don't get why you are not picking something else as hobby, female's are utterly wasting their time by doing fitness-like bodybuilding or whatever, going to the gym 5 times a week, eating a strict diet with alot of chicken etc.
You have already reached your 90% muscular chromosonal potential by just eating healthy, because your body is made for picking up berries and childbearing and stuff (srs)
Not saying that going to the gym 5 times a week wont do anything, but the maximum +0.165 points you'll get on 10 is just not worth all that work, now a male instead IS able to increase hes points /10 with 2-4.
Fall in love with something else, like painting or singing, or even just a sport, you will have the same physical results/hypertrophy doing karate than doing natural bodybuilding, look at briana van damme for example.
To have a god-tier female physique you don't have to lift (like angie varona), to have a god-tier male physique you indeed have to lift.
Look at Womanlet for example, what a fail, she is all about lifting and eating healthy, yet she's a fatkunt, because she got into lifting she was like 'aaah yeah i need to bulk', to bad does her body not use those excess calories to build up muscle.

wrong they can get into female fitness competitions, which are easier to partake in.
just like everything else. e.g wnba is easier and less competition than nba. brb running 100m in a slower time than mens division.
so if anything they should be getting into it for the lack of competition and lack of talent required to be successful.

exactly, if a female actually wants significant results by doing bodybuilding she will have to take ravana<, but than she will subtract her points on 10 drasticly. And that's what you see most female fitness bodybuilders eventually do, like that miscer blues and that snail lover girl i forgot her name, they both jumped on celltech, ruining their hnnggg pre-lifting physique.
it's not easier, all those girls on bikini stage are spending as much time on their physique, probably even more than zyzz. Many figure competitors are on a bit of dat der, plus thyroid hormones and stimulants.
My wife is pretty serious about the fitness lifestyle. Nothing but benefits IMO.
