    Any Stim Free PWOs that actually give energy?

    When ive gone on stim breaks in the past ive tried some stim free PWOs but none have every really done anything for me. Never really felt anything, im sure in not the only one.

    Are there any stim free PWOs that actually give you energy and focus? or do they only help with "pumps"

    Haha I was just about to say hemavol. It gives me an ok amount of energy on its own but I usually mix it with another PWO. As stated above, banana, apple etc.

    This is similar to asking for a non alcoholic drink that'll get you drunk.

    Short answer to your question is no, you won't see any drastic boosts in energy in a stim free pre workout, which is kind of the point of them being stim free.

    i kinda thought there wasnt but figured id ask. I dont mind stims but be nice to get a boost once and while without them.

    Being on a stim can be hard when you have a long tough day but once I actually get into the gym and start lifting the energy comes to me naturally. It's just that journey to get there is a battle lol.
