Alright all! Before I say anything else, I know some of you will probably laugh at it and possible even make fun of it... But I'm no pro bodybuilder.
And I'm sharing this because I'm unsure, so I say thank you in advance if you keep your "critics" to yourself and ask that instead you can co-operate with me with your suggestions
So this what my diet today was like... till9pm (UK time)
7.20am - Peanut butter sandwich + coffee = Calories 450 Protein 19g Carbs 38g
10am - 3 Actimel + 2 Oat Morning Bars = Calories 520 Protein 7.5g Carbs 82g
12pm - Chicken Breast + Chocolate Bar = Calories 550 Protein 75g Carbs 27g
3pm - 1 Banana + Handful of peanuts = Calories 330 Protein 11g Carbs 32g
5.30pm - Pulse V4 + banana = Calories 110 Protein 1g Carbs 28g
7pm - Protein Shake = Calories 100 Protein 20g Carbs 1g
8pm - Tuna can + ketchup + 1sp olive oil = Calories 240 Protein 27g Carbs 7g
9pm - Spicy chicken pizza = Calories 640 Protein 34g Carbs 80g (< killer )
10.30pm - Protein Shake with milk = Calories 200 Protein 27g Carbs 11g
TOTAL 3140 220g 300g
[Side notes] 2lt water bottle drank + water at gym (1lt?) + expresso at work. Hopefully, 8hour sleep.
15-9-2014 (nutritional values in a typical day...) To reach 70kg!
May I say I'm 5.8ft (1.73m) and curretly weigh just a lil over 10stone (63.5kg) - have always been slim and find it hard to put weight on.
Go to gym Mon, Wed, Friday and rest on weekend. Currently only working out from waistline up. Want to weigh 11st (70kg) by end of year, (at least) bench 100kg and curl 30kg.
So... Is it possible with a diet like this? (other days there will be eggs, greens, more fruit, etc... this was just an example of today)
Many thanks!

Hi,
Looking through your diet you need to be getting your carbs from better sources: brown rice, sweet potato etc. not chocolate bar and pizza!
you will certainly struggle to weight on if you are only consuming 300g carbs per day and by the sounds of it you have a fast metabolism. double your carb intake 4 days of the week and include more complex carbs as i said above.
if you really want to put on weight you need to train those legs they are the biggest muscles on your body! add big compound moves like squats and deads to really pack on some size and utilize thos extra carbs. don't neglect legs you will pay for it in the future!

Hey! Thanks very much for your suggestion. I do have the rice and sweet ootato in mind, its just that schedule is so busy throughout the week I barely have any time to prepare the best sort of food. I do make sure I get in me good food as much as possible - although they may not be the best sort of carbs, it will help. I struggle to put weigh on and do believe have a fast metabolism like you said. My body fat has always been pretty low, I'm a very active, sporty, on the go sort of guy. Slim my entire life, till a few months ago.
Thanks for the legs advice
