anyway my parents bought it on a whim and decided to give it to me. is it any good ? have been using Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite for a while

Apparently it is almost as good a burner as coffee.

checked the nutritional info though, hydroxy has more caffeine and other ingredients like yohimbine

so am i getting the logic right from this graph : the more caffeine the better ? in that case since green tea has the least then it's not that effective (and that i should from now on binge on those espresso shots ?)

last question : about to finish a cycle of hydroxycut, would you recommend laying off for a while (and how long) before taking on Green Tea Fat Burner or can i dive right in ?

I guess the takeaway is:
Have your coffee black
Drink green tea whenever you feel like. It has some other health benefits while it still helps you burn fat

Grean Tee capsules contain around 30-50g of caffeine. I personally like to take it together with my pre workout. I noticed I sweat more with it.
