you're turning deadlift into a stiff leg deadlift since your hips rise before you even move the bar.

some tips to combat this is:
    1. keep everything tight before the pull (focus on making your core tight)
    2. think of the deadlift as a push rather than a pull - meaning push the ground with legs to initiate lift rather than pull the bar.
    3. keep chest up

some people to watch and learn from richard hawthorne/ed coan - some of the best deadlifters ever.

Ok makes sense. Should I lean back a bit more? And my shoes basically have lifts under my heels for my flat feet. What are some better shoes?

As for my spinal alignment though is it pretty good? I get it as straight as I can with my two fused vertebrate

Honestly I'm not that knowledgeable on conventional since I pull sumo, but I remember watching one of Richard Hawthorne's videos on how to deadlift and he recommends having your legs behind the bar and perfectly vertical (your knees are way in front of the bar). If you want more info I suggest looking into his channel on youtube.

As for the shoes, I pull with an elevated heel myself, but people recommend minimalist shoes - meaning really flat shoes. Heck if you really want you can pull barefoot.

Your spinal alignment is pretty good I guess. You did a really good stiff leg lol, but again you could probably pull a lot more if you get your form down.

Even without holding a bar I can't get my back perfectly straight. I have two fused vertebrate bruh.

How can I fix it from an sldl to a normal DL?

Keep your hips lower and focus on chest up.

This is the best advice you've got or are going to get on this thread, chest up, head up (to keep the back straight).
Try dling barefoot if you can, seems like your flexibility is quite low and that'll take away that crucial extra inch. If that doesnt help try a slightly wider stance, couldnt see on the video how that was.
    Good luck man
