Did my first meet today sense my shoulder surgery!
Squat: 600, 635 no lift (depth), 650 easy
Bench: 457, 480, 501
Deadlift: 550, 600, 655 no lift (hitch at lockout)
So I was bench only for a long time, but 3 months ago I got talked into doing a full meet. So the progress you see on squat and dead is after only 3 months of lifting. And before my shoulder surgery my best meet bench was 475. So I was able to PR on that as well
Skip to 1:50 for the lifting.

Indeed lol
Squat: 420 miss > 650 easy
Deadlift: 500 ugly > 655 ugly
In 3 months. I'm still in the noob gain phase.
I need to work on deadlifts. My hips keep shooting up way too soon and it causes me to have to hitch at the top with heavy weight. If I can get the form down I'll be good to goLast edited by xBONExCROWNx; 09-14-2014 at 01:37 AM.

I know ):
That would have been my elite total too..
We've talked about this before. Haha I just forgot to cue myself to hitch. My hips shoot up to fast and I end up hitching. Deadlift is the only lift I still struggle with.
But my goal for the meet was 1750-1775
I pulled 600 faster than I ever have, and that made 1750. So I could have either went 625 and got it, or went balls out. I went balls out and it didn't go well hahaBest meet lifts (all raw): 865 squat, 565 bench, 720 deadlift.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

I used to help my grandpa on his farm when I was younger. 7-13 or so.
I'm just naturally strong. The first time I ever benched it was 225. First deadlift was 500. First squat was 405.
I'm trying to get my little brother into lifting. He also benched 225 during his 2nd bench workout being 15 years old. It's something he would be great at, but he's just not interested in. He's taller than me and wears a size 15 shoe lolBest meet lifts (all raw): 865 squat, 565 bench, 720 deadlift.

Yea he is man.
At the meet from the video the last pull of the day was 749.
The guy missed it. Josh was one of the loaders and after the guy missed it josh walked over and pulled it like nothing with no belt no warm up just to be a dick lol
Brandon then did the sameBest meet lifts (all raw): 865 squat, 565 bench, 720 deadlift.
