Used their protein, amino, and pre-workouts.... can confirm they are legit; all taste great, mix well and work.
Really love the Amino, all flavors are fantastic; BB makes quality stuff.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I have used that stack, great set up. In my opinion Scream is one of the best pre workouts you can get, Protogen is a great blended protein, mixes well and taste really good, Amino Recovery is inline with any other solid Amino Supp, and Multi Core is a pretty solid vitamin pack. Inciner 8 and Alpha Protocol I thought were really good and much better than the average store rating they have. Inciner 8 was probably one of the best Thermo's I've used to day, supressed appetite well, had a good little pick up in energy, no crash and no jitters from it. Try it out, it is a great stack for the price.

Consume it whenever you want 1,2,3,4..times a day if you want. When you have it doesn't matter more important is how it contributes to the protein you need for the day. As far as the pre workout is concerned I am not sure why you decided to order it if you felt it would be an issue. That being said if you are still too wound up you can always pick up some Melatonin to help you sleep at night or some Theanine to help take the edge off the pre workout.
My secret? Texting between sets.

Depending on how close your sessions are to going to sleep and how caffeine affects you it could be an issue, scream is probably close to 2x amount caffeine as C4. Can always start at .5 a scoop scream and adjust. Protogen is fine at one serving post workout, use it toto help meet your daily protein intake.

Great products. I am taking Scream pre-workout and love it. Great focus and energy that keeps me going in the gym for my up to 2 hour sessions.
Protogen CNC is fantastic as well.ACE CPT | StrongFirst SFG I | Student Physical Therapist
