Fall = GOAT season.
Though lettuce be cereal for a Minute Maid lemonade...
Summer = close 2nd to GOAT season.
Spring blows, winter blows more.
PS: I don't get the obsession with pumpkin ****. Pumpkin **** is nasty, though I do love Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer. It's mostly about the weather and the college football for me.RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!
"Until you're deadlifting twice your bodyweight for reps, can squat four wheels, and bench more than 300 pounds, don't worry about making your biceps pop. If you accomplish these goals and want to keep progressing and growing, train to deadlift three times your bodyweight, squat five wheels, and bench 350 pounds." - Slay The Dragon

will always prefer summer over winter. at least in the UK anyway
winter: brb grey, cold, cloudy, weather for months on end, all you wanna do is sleep
brb gets dark at 4pm
brb everything just looks so bleak, no one outside
only thing i hate about summer is the bugs but that's about it. wish i had 80 farenheit all year round daymnnn

Fall/winter is the best time of the year IMO
It lets you get to rationalize your depression away "oh its just seasonal affective disorder from the lack of sunlight, it'll be gone by next spring"Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 185x8, 195x5, 215x1
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)
