bulking since April, steady gains since (about 5lbs a month.) need advice, should I continue to bulk through winter or start the shred now?

Gym PRs: 335/230/425 Gym Total: 990 bench TNG: 235
Meet PRs: 325/203.9/413.4 total: 942.3lbs
Front Squat: 185lbs
OHP: 145lbs
Attending BYU-I in the fall for one semester.

You look great. Do whatever you want. It is your body and in the end, the driving force behind your motivation is not what some random boy told you on bb.com.
Just a note, you will look closer to 190 as you cut down since a lower body fat often gives the illusion that you weigh more. Take your time with the cut. It will be long and tedious.
