    Thumbs up Keep bulking or time to shred down?

    bulking since April, steady gains since (about 5lbs a month.) need advice, should I continue to bulk through winter or start the shred now?

    you could honestly go either way, completely up to you. i personally have trouble cutting cus i mentally cant handle getting weaker or smaller very easily

    You look great. Do whatever you want. It is your body and in the end, the driving force behind your motivation is not what some random boy told you on bb.com.

    Just a note, you will look closer to 190 as you cut down since a lower body fat often gives the illusion that you weigh more. Take your time with the cut. It will be long and tedious.
