BTW, checked out your log. Saw some really good numbers on the big 3, nice work. I like to use the excuse that my big 3 are lacking because I'm so tall and have more distance to travel with the weight, but your height is up there too. So yea, thanks for kind of robbing me of that excuse lol. Gotta get me one of those squat cages though. My gym time will be significantly cut come February due to the addition of a new member to the family (sleepless nights will ensue also ) so I'll be forced to lift in the garage. I fear how much a semi decent setup is going to cost

Congrats on the newborn. My wife is carrying our second baby girl so I feel you on that front.

A set up costs only as much as the equipment you're wanting to put in. This rack is considered an "economy" rack and didn't cost much. You can get a all in one bar aka power bar for your squats, deadlift, bench & any other work. I would recommend the Jessup power bar.

Craigslist will be your best friend in terms of finding good deals if you're market has decent activity.

My strength has went up dramatically over the last 1.5 years since I started lifting...I actually have been told my genetics are good....but my big 3 just suck for some reason. Then again, I don't hit the gym always trying to up my max so maybe that is part of it.

Thanks on the congrats. We are hoping for a girl. Our kids will end up being 10 years apart. But, my wife was trying to build up our photography business so having another early on would have been pretty difficult to do. And since I have another job, I couldn't play stay at home dad.


Thanks for the info on the equip. Will start checking out Craigs List. That is the easy part. Cleaning out my garage to make room for the rack will be the difficult part lol.

Can't believe there aren't more apps. Presurge has always been one of my favorite PWOs. It provided me the most long lasting pump of any PWO....which always surprised me and others since it tends to excel in the focus and energy area for most people.
