2 -liter bottle lemon-lime soda
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 cup sugar
One 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, with juice
Thin lime slices
Directions
Chill all ingredients before mixing.

When cold, combine the lemon-lime soda, lime juice, sugar, cherries with their juice and lime slices in a large pitcher and stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Also add some creatine and drink pre-workout best flavored creatine drink!!!

so this is basically a product review but in the log section?
I have gone on record many times saying NOX is one of my all times favorites. Same with Hyper FX. The other day a friend on ******** posted this status: "Does anyone suggest a good pre work out? I use to use craze (my favorite) but they stopped making it. I use C4 now but my body is starting to get immune..." I suggested NOX and HyperFX . Gotta Love Syntha-6 as well.

Frozen Cherry Limeade Pie
1 graham cracker pie crust
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz container frozen whipped topping
6 oz frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 TBSP lime zest (from two limes)
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained, rinsed, and sliced into halves
In a large bowl, fold together the whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in the limeade concentrate. Fold in the chopped cherries until mixture is smooth and combined. Pour into pie crust and freeze for several hours, until firm.

2:1 ratio of the carbonated portion to vodka.

You can use 4 ounces of sparkling water, which I go with, or I guess spirit or 7-up could do the trick.
About half ounce of lime concentrate and cherry juice. Mix it all up and add it to a glass of ice to start the party off right

Of course if you're short on time grab a cherry-limeade from sonic and just add in some vodka. Lol more the choice in high school or walking around in public


And of course always using Amino X for fasted cardio, plus you could always throw some in a sonic drink also so you don't feel guilty lol

My favorite BSN product that I've tried is definitely Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun, mmmm. I've tried a couple scoops of it but didn't have my own tub. Saving up a bit of my paychecks now for my next BB.com order

I've also tried NoX 2.0 and it was 50/50 for me... I still have a little left so I'll post up a pic later, I'll use it up for my workout tonight. Fingers crossed I can review the new NoX and see how it compares!

Favorite cherry limeade... would have to be Sonic's.
From looking at 'topsecret recipes' it says that Sonic uses 12 oz sprite, a few lime wedges, and 1/4 cup of cherry juice. I also love the cherries in the cherry limeade from Sonic.



Also goes great with vodka- see above!

i've been on a stim break for longer than a month now so having a new pre (have a lot of pres at home that i rotate) would be interesting since i already know how the others affect me.

unfortunately, i have not had any experience with ANY bsn type product so that would make me ineligible to enter...

if i could, then i appreciate the gesture and please consider this post as an application.

You can't go wrong with Braums Cherry Limeade with a couple shots of added Kettle One!



Ingredients

Simple syrup:
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
Juice of fresh limes
grenadine/ marshino cherry juice
club soda
ice
Vodka (to taste)

Directions

Bring water and sugar to a boil , let cool. Cut limes in half, use 1 lime per beverage, squeeze juice into glass leave lime in glass, put 1/4 cup of simple syrup, 2 tbls grenadine or cherry juice, shake or mix together, add ice and soda.

would love to try noxplode, ever since I was in highschool this was like one of the most popular pre workouts but I never got around to buy myself a tub of it.

as for recipes...uhh yea I dont cook much but I can go with this



1 can frozen limeade concentrate
1 can water (use the can from the limeade concentrate)
2 tablespoons tart cherry juice concentrate (I found this in the organic juice section of my grocery store. Grenadine will also work, but tart cherry juice is better if you can find it)
3 tablespoons good tequila (about 2 shots)
ICE

I really like ISO Burn when I used it a few months ago. And as far as recipes go, I've been mixing PWs with club soda before I hit the gym. I saw a thread with a pic a few weeks ago where a guy did that. It's actually a great idea.
