Sup brahs just got back into lifting after a long time off, so I started icf 5x5 on 7-21-14 and am pleased with the weight progress I've made...but I've ran into a wall. I have been having to use the back of my bench as somewhat of a squat rack. Its not that stable and am worried if I continue it will eventually snap. (the two posts of the bench). Can 't afford gym membership due to financial situations. Also I only have weights that go up to around 240-250. Since my lifts are improved..still weak, can I go onto a 4 day split or push pull? My main focus isn't strength but just to get bigger (hypertrophy)
starting current
7/21 - 9/8
squat : 80 - squat : 175
bench : 75 - bench : 125
deadlift : 135 - deadlift :220
ohp : 60 - ohp : 95-100 (stalled once)
row : 75 - row : 105
cgbp : 65 - cgbp : 105
curl : 55 - curl : 75
