I dont think his cheeks are flat. If you look at his face head on his face is full, cheekbones included. They are pronounced just not high. Also his protruding maxilla gives his cheeks a sunken look from his profile IMO.

Aren't prominent low cheekbones a feminine feature? Imho O'pry has prominent, but high set cheekbones. He seems to have a somewhat neutral orbital vector. Both him and Gandy have ante faces with ridiculous chin size (not only projection). Basically the lower part of their faces are overdeveloped.

Anyway, you can't have deep set eyes without the combo of:
- prominent brow ridge
- strong zygos
- prominent high cheekbones
