    Macronutrients?

    I know people say that these dont matter unless you are getting enough calories but say i am what is the best for muscle gains? i want to know because it is eaiser to center a diet around that if you know how you want it to end up. thanks for the help

    There are several different opinions out there. I like lifjunkies suggestion personally... its a good starting point, then you can alter and adust it to see how your body specifically reacts and holds up.

    I always hear either 50/30/20 c/p/f ratio or 40/40/20. Try both and see what works best for you.

    Everyone is different. Everyone has different optimal macros. You will only find what works for you via trial and error.
