Hi guys! Long story short.... Is this too much volume for a beginner ?
5 x 5 bench
5 x 10 weighted push ups
5x10 body weight push ups
3 mins push press (whch i dont understand why they dont just do sets instead of doing it for time)
I gave a crossfit workout a go yesterday and that was the workout! The last time i felt this sore was my first week in the gym lol
I am starting the texas method next week so wont be keeping these kinda workouts up but wondering what you guys think of the volume involved as it was ALOT more then i have typically done in the past!!
