    Unhappy How to get bigger shoulders?

    Im 18 yo and i have a really big problem, I always had short shoulders, and i dont know what should i do to get bigger shoulders, i have probably only 1-2 years left till my body (skelet) stops growing in lenght. Please give me some tips and advice.

    You don't (and we especially don't) have any say so over how long / big your skeleton will grow to. That is entirely out of our hands. But even if you have narrow shoulders, exercising them properly can grow the muscles and give a much wider appearance.


    I'd suggest:
    you do one compound and one iso per deltoid head. Example:

    Anterior: Shoulder press & front raise
    Lateral: Wide grip upright row and Lateral raises
    Posterior: Face pulls and bent over laterals / reverse pec deck.

    The compounds I prefer to do in the 6-10 range, and the isos in the 10-15 range. 3 work sets each.

    Exactly; attack the deltoid from a multidimensional perspective and be sure you're respecting your nutrient and rest requirements.

    Do lateral raises until your arms fall off
    Follow up with heavy shoulder press
    Followed by rear delt flies
    Tailed with front raises
    And be doing rotator cuff exercises between
    The best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.

    (It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)
