    Heavy volume training help

    I am looking to up my workouts to more volume. I currently do enough volume as it is, however would like some insight into what everyone out there has done with volume and have gotten results from quickly? Is there anyone who has tried different things? High reps/sets, heavy weight/high sets? Any information can help me out

    What are your goals? Gaining mass? Specific sport?

    As far as 'quick results', if you are speaking in terms of muscle growth, there is no such thing as quick results.
