    Thanks man, strength gains were good for the first 6-8 months but after found it slowing down gradually, although it's picking back up since I've been eating more. Can't wait to shred down next year

    Do you guys think I should do a quick mini cut? Like 3-4 weeks of intensive cutting and then straight back to bulking. I'd love to get a bit more shredded since my mate is in Uni so I will no doubt be partying with him, gotta get them cuts for the sluts lol

    Not to mention my appetite is dead atm so I could take advantage of it for a while
