There's no such thing as a too expensive house. Although I prefer more acreage than square feet. In any event, this particular house is a bit too ostentatious for me personally. But its still nice though.

It's nice...no doubt about that. But almost everything about it seems kind of tacky. I think if you had 32 mil to spend on a home, most people wouldn't purchase this.

well house is nice but I'm guessing the house is a small part of the price of the property. you can build that for far less so its got to be the land value.

$32m in Miami is probably right...northeast, it's a bit steep. I would say that's probably about 17-19m value, depending on the finishings

Eh. Seems standard to me depending on the layout. My house is three bedroom and six baths. One being outside for the money pit, or swimming pool, which ever yout prefer. But it's definitely nowhere near 32 million or 11500 square feet.

its very nice and I can appreciate the abundance of quality woodwork but I would never spend that much. Especially in Washington. Just my personal preference is all.
