I have been working out for more than 2 years now
I made most of my progress during the first year.
Alot of things are happening in my life at the moment.
Moving to a new house, School, work, bodybuilding and so on.
I used to be going to the gym 5-7 times a week.
That is not possible anymore. I will have to cut down on the gym a bit to do everything in life that I want to do.
The thing that bothers me is how determined I was at bodybuilding when I began my journey.
My motivation was top notch and I went to the gym almost every day.
I said to myself that this is what I want to do.
Now I am at a completely different mindset. I go to the gym when I feel like it and I train to improve. I sometimes only get there 3-4 times a week.
It sucks so bad to acknowledge that my main goal no longer is bodybuilding but life itself.
I sometimes feel so relieved when I finaly understand that I can be happy without reaching my goal body.
But at the same time I feel like a complete loser.
Because I am not giving up I am just prioritising what is important for me.
I also have a question regarding bodybuilding on only 3-4 days a week.
What program should I follow.
Right now I am doing push/pull/legs. But since I am only in the gym 3-4 times a week I tend to throw in some extra ab/arm work whenever I feel like it.
Cliffs:
It sucks so bad to acknowledge that my main goal no longer is bodybuilding but life itself.

Like protein powder is a supplement to your diet, Bodybuilding is a supplement to your life. You dont need it, but it sure is great. I workout for 30 minutes around 4 times a week now (density training high volume, Vinces 8x8). Bodybuilding used to be my life before I got a real one.
