    6 pack ... HELP !!!

    Hi all ,

My name is Scott I have been working out diligently for about 6 years now and I'm in pretty good shape . the only thing that's lacking is a chisled 6 pack . I'm 6'1 220 lbs good upper body and good legs but that one area is the trouble spot . problem is I like to eat . and I'm getting conflicting stories as to what I should actually be eating . one school says protein protein protein three days a week with a cheat day and the other says fats with the protein . then complex carbs after the work out . its enough to make you go nuts . at this point I'm ready to try anything . what works? I'll take suggestions . then also what kind of supplements should I be taking . pre workout vs juice . I dunno I'm open .

    Holla ...

    Learn to enjoy eating less.

If you consume fewer calories than you expend, you will lose weight. It's not rocket science. Track your food and slowly ramp down a bit. I'd say to keep protein high, fat relatively high, and cut back on carbs. Worked OK for me - lost a pound a week with no feelings of deprivation. But everyone is different.

And work your abs too. You know the saying that abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym? False! Abs are made in the gym along with all the other muscles. They are revealed in the kitchen.
    Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!
