When the SEC title streak was going, it was the best conference in college football bar none. Now since the title streak is over and FSU has beaten the best team in the SEC (Oklahoma in the sugar bowl too for all of you claiming Bama is the best), this whole SEC is dominant and SEC is the best thing is no longer as credible.

The SEC took the best each conference had to offer and beat it, they even beat a Notre Dame team that obviously didn't belong.

But as of right now, I don't see how the SEC can brag about being the best conference anymore, especially not the fans of teams that aren't Bama and Florida.

Since 2003 the SEC has been the strongest conference and that hasnt changed this season. I'd put Bama, LSU, TAMU, UGA, Auburn, and even Mizzou up against the top half of any other conference.
