If you want energy & focus then Presurge is what you need for training.

The focus with this stuff will have you dialed in and ready to nail some weight and set some PRs.

I believe Katana fits the bill

230mg caffeine, 1.5g l-tyrosine, 500mg cognizin, 40mg amento, well and I guess 1g agmapure

add bulk alcar if u insist

The ones that helped with with Focus and Energy are AEN Presurge, AI Sports Nutrition Furious and No-Xplode RTD. All worked great.

katana is the most well rounded on the market, amazing pumps, endurance, and mental focus, doesn't sacrifice any it is so well dosed

Had great focus from AI Sport Furious, it's more medium stimm too; Colada Chaos is delicious.

Also WFR at one scoop is good for focus, better in the pump/energy departments though.

Can also look into Focus XT/Caffeine Free Focus XT.

My favorite focus pre of all time has to be iForce MaxOut. I've never felt so dialed in during a workout. Gives you tunnel vision for sure.

Best pre workouts for focus that I've used are Max Out and 1MR Vortex. Both are high stim though.

Preamp is good but might be too high stim for you.

I really liked Extreme Rush. Energy was solid

I switched recently to nuclear X from Met-Rx. Energy is solid, focus too. One scoop is 200mg, I've taken two a few times. Pretty legit
