I'm looking into getting a band to track my actvity through out the day. I am really interested in the Nike Fuel Band. I have done some research on other bands as well and I'm still leaning towards the nike band. Who has one or knows anything about them and what would you suggest?

I think you'll find that most of us in this section of the forum have more faith in the scale and the mirror rather than a device that measures our daily activity.
Good luck with your goals.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #53 ▪█─────█▪

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
