whats the difference between Canola oil and Flaxseed Oil?
what is the difference between these two? i have Canola oil and thats what i've been using as a part of my homemade shake. some people tell me to substitue the Canola oil with Flaxseed oil. why?

I belive :
-Flaxseed = omega 3 fatty acid
-canola = omega 6 mainly
