It's always nice to hear an IFBB pro acknowledge the fact that what they do isn't very healthy. It's nice to see guys like Evan take a proactive approach to their long term health in a sport of extremes. Not to say any of them are the beacon of health, but I do believe doing the little things to mitigate damage add up over time.

I enjoy how candid he is on a lot of topics. The guy certainly seems wiser than most people his age.

Probably purely broscience on my part, but an idea nonetheless;
I think he's fairly conservative with supps and keeps things more slow and steady, compared to say a Phil Heath who looks "sloppy" (in relative terms) and then blows into this gigantic, shredded cartoon character in a matter of weeks.
Nom sayin?
Love Evan, what a guy. Would be the coolest Mr. Olympia ever.I

gonna get banned if you dont delete this. srs
Evan is smart enough to not compromise his heath if he is THAT conscious of healthy nutrition. Only an idiot would put all of that effort into eating in the interest of health only to ruin it with wreckless supplementation and damaging his entire system. Evan is not an idiot....imnoting

I have a hard time looking at his tricep in the pic posted above and thinking he's conservative with supps.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.
When im not hungry I eat. When Im tired I train. When I feel like giving up I push harder.

Don't think Evan goes off... There is no significant shrinkage a la off season Kevin Levrone.
Evan is one chill dude. Pretty sure he is over 300 atm and he is carrying it well.
