I am taking Beta-Alanine for a week. Taking 6 gm/day with 2 gm/serve. I don't feel any tingling sensation not even a single time. Is that mean it doesn't work.
Do I need to increase my serving?

Taking smaller doses and spreading it out can certainly make it so that you don't feel the tingles. I also find that how much food I have in my stomach makes a large difference in if I get the tingles. Don't worry about not feeling them - it is still working.

If you really want to feel the tingles, try taking more at once. I have to take upwards of 4g bolus now to get paresthesia effects; I'm slowly working myself up to be the Rasputin of beta alanine.
As others have said, though, the tingles are a side effect and have nothing to do with the small endurance benefit you get from multi-month saturation.[Log] Prime Nutrition Stack: bbcom.me/1Acr9Pt

Not that I am aware of. Here is the full text of the paper I mentioned (from 2012) but it was limited to only Asian and Caucasians.
