Haleo Mindset Review

Im a full time student, and have had trouble with concentration in the past. Reading pages after pages aint easy for me. Ive taken Alcar for a while, which I do like and recommend.

Today, I finished the bottle of Mindset and felt the urge to share my experience.

The first day I popped 4 pills of mindset (daily dose), I was pleased with what I felt. After an hour or so , the first thing that I noticed was increased calmness. I just felt good. One of the ingredients is Bacopa monnieri, which I have taken solo and while I felt some calmness/relaxation with that solo, but the effects were magnified on Mindset.

For me Mindset takes about 2 hours to work its magic. The main things that this products delivers for me, is increased calmness and increased concentration.

to describe it in details, Prior to Mindset I used a blank page or a ruler to block all text in a page except the line which Im reading, if I didnt do that I saw the text moving around and I was unable to lock my eyes on the text i was trying to read. After a few days, I ditched the ruler/blank page and was able to read like a normal person. Mindset gives me kinda tunnel vision which i really like.

After the bottle was half-full I added 1gr ALCAR around 4 hours after my dose of Mindset, when im studying for extended periods of time, which I feel like is extending the product effectiveness.

Another thing that I want to share, is that Im REALLY sensitive to Stims, I cant handle caffeine at ALL.

For those looking for a Focus product and dont like caffeine, try Mindset!


This aint no LIMITLESS drug but for me it works as advertised. I already ordered another bottle since it pretty much makes my schoolday alot easier.

One thing I would like to ask a rep, if there is anyone here. Does this product need to be cycled?

I give Mindset 2 thumbs up, 3 if I had an extra. ( just hope there is enough client base to keep this product alive for years to come )

Excellent review, mrsolid. HALEO strives to put out products that perform as advertised without a bunch of unrealistic claims. I sure do wish Mindset was like NZT though

With regards to your question, there seems to be a general consensus to cycle most supplements at some point, but I cannot find anything that specifically talks about nootropics.

People respond differently to supps, this was no placebo effect for me.

Did you take it on an empty stomach?

Regarding your question, I would take a couple weeks off after 8 weeks. You should see some awesome, cumulative results after about 6 weeks of continuous usage (my experience).

Ongoing use of Lumosity + overall subjective perception of how I'm feeling. Wasn't worth the $40 to me.

Yes, I took it on an empty stomach every morning with my cup of coffee.

Thanks for the review. As mentioned, MindSet is not a Limitless NZT alternative, although I wish it was! That said, it is one of the few supplements I am aware of that has a University Test to Support its claims, just from one acute dose.


In a pilot study at The University of Tampa, MINDSET was compared against both caffeine and control groups.

Caffeine showed its known, powerful benefits by increasing alertness (+19%), focus (+35%), cognition (serial subtraction test, +26%) and motivation (+10%), however, as expected, caffeine came with the price of decreased calmness (-18%).

What was unexpected but shockingly great was that MINDSET actually outperformed the caffeine group in motivation (+43%), alertness (+56%) and focus (+58%), matching the effect on cognition (+26%).

Best of all, while caffeine decreased calmness, MINDSET actually showed an increase in calmness (+6%).

As an added bonus, MINDSET improved vertical jump over both control groups. Now we have clinical evidence that stimulant-free MINDSET is more powerful than caffeine in all metrics and most importantly, does not have the same negative side effects!

However as noted from one gentleman's negative experience with MindSet nothing is guaranteed for everyone.

I've had to experiment with several nootropics and various combinations to get some of the effects that I read about on various forums, so any type of effects are solely up to the individual. Hopefully you give HALEO's pre-workout, Vici, a shot when it hits bb.com because I am sure you will like that.

Here is the profile for Vici. You won't really find any nootropic compounds in Vici, because it is meant to be stacked alongside Mindset, but it does deliver on the key points on the bottle.
