What one celebrity does and what another celebrity does could be completely different. I know some celebrity transformations and could testify to what they did. On the other hand there are some transformations which would involve things we cannot discuss here.

Sure they take supplements to help them achieve results, but when the just pays in thousands of dollars, many will do anything they can to get in shape and get that pay check, and I mean anything.
