    how come im not gaining muscle?

    Hi guys ive been using muscletech supplements for the last 7 years and i havent gained much muscle
    To be honest i thought i would be bigger like an ifbb pro but i didnt take Jay cutlers muscletech stack which would make me bigger
    i think by the time i hit 30 i should be competing in the nationals but i cant seem to get any muscle
    how do u get more muscles so i can compete in shows now?

    I dont lift.....my friend dont lift and he has lots of biceps. So telling me to lift is somewhat bad advice in my opinion
