I was looking back at a thread I posted on here with updated pics of me after meeting up with ntrllftr Oldsup and Baldie (where Ed and Carl competed) in 2009. The pics were of me after two months of training after one of my surgeries.

In 2009 I was 44 years old. I put two of the pics that I just took when I hit 50 this year and put them side by side (as I always do) with the ones I took back in 2009

Lots of progress over that time, and you were pretty jacked already. Your traps, delts and arms are crazy huge.
Hard to believe you only weigh 165, by the top right picture I would have guessed 220 or so.Eric

Well done keeping up with the hard work, it's impressive. This is sometimes why I get so annoyed with some guys coming into O35 and saying, oh I'm so demotivated and I can't keep it up because I'm over the hill or stuff like that.
