Nice job man, I'm ~13% at 215, I wonder if Id look similar if I ever cut down to 8%. I tried cutting but my strength went to chit, so I am now back on that bulking time and finally hitting some PRs again.

I agree totally, I have a Y shape frame to begin with too and my traps/erectors tend to over power my lats. Thanks man! Delts and lats are the main priorities come post-dieting

My favorite Lat exercise is the Pendlay row. It's a modification of the bent row with placing the barbell on the floor between reps. This exercise should add thickness to the back. The following is the website on the excercise:
