Hey everyone. I thought I would give this a shot. I'm a girl who wants to get back into lifting and working out more. I'd really like to have someone to workout with for motivation and help. I go to Ohio State in Columbus and I work out at the RPAC. I want to get back into really good shape with a combination of cardio and lifting. Anyone here go to OSU? If not, I would still gladly take any advice. Thanks!
