I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Honestly for me it was white pump from controlled labs. It literally does nothing to me. I bought some potassium nitrate and I'm hoping if I mix them together I'll get some results

GNC Whey Protein - Just not worth the price.
Haleo On Point (Fat Burner) - Its a good brand, but that supp. gave me a stomach ache every time I tried to take it. Still have the bottle.
MP Recon - Recon...just lol at it. I still have the jug.
EDIT: Bullknox Androrush pwo, and Evolution Engn pwo. I didn't feel a thing from them.

Omgosh...back in the late 90's I dropped $160 while making $9.50/hr on a 8 week pro-hormone stack called Stenandiol. I seen it advertised in a magazine; Marcus Ruhl was the sponsored athlete in the ad. What a joke!! The 3-bottle kit did nothing but have me broke til next paycheck!! I believe the company was German American Technologies.

I have to agree with the NO Explode; didn't do s*** for me, neither did 1-MR. To throw in a twist to the original question: the best supp I've ever tried even tho everyone was talking negatively about....MRI casein z6. It's ratings are currently pretty low, but I'm really enjoying it and the chocolate is AMAZING; strawberry not so much.
