    Need help with eating and deadlifting

    1.What should I do to make myself want to eat more.I gained weight for a period but I kinda have stopped on gaining weight like the whole month I want to eat big to get big, so are there any kinds of tricks on how to make your body want more food, I feel full without even finishing a meal sometimes...

    2.I see that many people having the biggest numbers on their deadlift, mine is behind my squat bench and soon rows.Also at lighter weight I have good form but at my limit (50 kg ) my back gets rounded even if I try as much as I can to maintain good form.Will I need to get more weight to be more powerful ? What do I do to improve on my deadlift ?

    1. Count your calories, otherwise you eat a lot and then the next day your body is like "NO" and you eat jack ****. (Throw in calorie dense foods to hit your target easier)

    2. Either you aren't flexible enough to get into the proper position (but that doesn't seem to be the problem) OR you need to strengthen your core with hyperextensions and weighted-ab work and just more deadlifting. If you can't pick it up right, then you shouldn't be picking it up at all.

    as far as the eating issue goes, try eating more frequently. do more meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals try 7 smaller ones.
    I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

    I will try to get my caloric surplus with more small meals and deadlift with lighter weight but good form, at least till I can increase the weight again.
