Scott's Fat Loss To Sub 10%

Hey everyone! My goal is to try to achieve around 7% bf so I will be able to bulk but stay sub 10% in the process. I've experimented with extremely low carb (keto) diets, and I was unsuccessful. It helped at the beginning, but then it simmered to a nothing after just a short period of time.

    8/25/14
    Currently, my bf% is I'd say around 12% at 152.2lbs..and I'm 5'7 mesomorph.

My diet is very strict, and it does not change. If it does change, you will see a post. Here is my daily consumption:

    1030am
    Toastx2 | 250CAL, 24CARB, 7FAT, 28PRO
    Bananax1 | 105CAL, 27CARB, .5FAT, 1PRO
    Vitaminx1
    CLAx3
    Fish Oilx2

    11am
    Workout
    White Lightningx2
    L-Cartininex1

    2pm
    Proteinx2 | 240CAL, 4CARB, 2FAT, 48PRO
    Whole Eggx4 | 280CAL, 15FAT, 36PRO
    Granulesx1
    Fiberx1
    Dextrosex40mg

    6pm
    Grapesx1.5 | 90CAL, 25CARB, 1FAT
    Borccolix3 | 50CAL, 4CARB, 2PRO
    CLAx3
    Fish Oilx2

    845pm
    Proteinx2 | 160CAL, 40PRO

    11pm
    Turkeyx16oz | 640CAL, 36FAT, 80PRO
    Bell Peppersx3 | 25PRO, 5CARB, 1PRO
    CLAx3
    Fish Oilx2

    1am
    Broccolix2 | 50CAL, 4CARB, 2PRO

    TTL MACRO: 1900CAL, 92CARB, 61.5FAT, 238PRO
    ----------------------------------------------------

I'm going to make these short and sweet and to the point, since you aren't here to read a novel. Any advice and/or criticism would help. This is my newest approach to my goal that has so far not been obtainable, although I have not been very consistent.. hopefully I will be able to push myself through this one. I don't feel as miserable with this approach. I will update this approximately once per week.

    Look forward to progressing,
    Scott

What is White Lightning? It sounds like some sort of grain alcohol.

"Hey dood, the party's tonight, but I only have $7 for booze."

"That's cool, let's get two $3 handles of WHITE LIGHTNIN'!"

It's a supplement by APS that is supposed to aid with energy/weight loss.

Since I have less than 50 posts, I cannot post a link. But if you search "APS White Lightning Review" there will be plenty of them. I've not taken it long enough to write a review on it, although it seems as if my body adapts very quickly to stimulants. So it's a good pre-workout for me because powers such as Jack3D and such just leave me bloated throughout my workout - so they've never been too beneficial to me in comparison to how my body reacts to them. As far as what supports the "weight loss" claim between White Lightning, I'm not sure that ingredient it has.
