Hey guys
The pics on the left are what I looked like in may, and the pics on the right are now
I am training for size. Trying to gain it. I was about 80kg or so in may and I am now 83kg
I am eating crap loads, just over 3.5k calories per day, doing 20min HiTT sessions 2 x per week. ( as the last clean bulk I did without any cardio just weights I gained from 80 to 83kg but it was mostly bodyfat )
Let me know if you can see much differences please, Need some feedback. This is a long and steady goal/project. My goal is I would like to weigh in about 88kg and be as lean as I am now and I am 5'9 in height

It looks like you've thickened up all over ... especially through the delts and traps and through the serratus/lats. How are the legs?
Looking great and very lean. 3kg and that lean is great gains in 4 months. You should have noticed some good strength gains .. how much have your big lifts gone up?"Better to wear out than rust out!"

I have gone up in lifts a bit in every exercise
I have been training chest twice per week because I feel its my weakest point
I have gone up in lifts in nearly every exercise.
Shoulders I think about 5kg
Squats about 10 to 20kg
Chest about 10kg
Back about 10kg
I have been weight training about 5 x per week, it used to be 4 days but My chest is my weak point I think, I feel it needed to be bigger, judging from those earlier photos from the left, so been doing lots of bench press and DB pressing with some flies to
My surplus I think is crap loads which sucks. I worked out my maintenance from my starting weight from May which was about 78kg and 2400 calories and was eating 3k per day. Got to 80kg now I am eating over 3.5k per day
And they are still slow steady gains. SO if I want to get to about 88kg how much do I have to eat? 4k per day? lol its hard enough eating 3.5k calories per day !
Any tips on keep this progression going and not plateauing? I think it will plateau
