So update . I had hurricane guts for 4 days , took medicine followed by legit pitch black stools for two days. . Sent a bunch of pics of stool samples to my gf . She's not a doctor or anything figured she would appreciate them and that has nothing to do with the update at all . I was VERY bloated and looked DYLE as fuk . Still got my lifts in . Still ate my diet ect But I went ahead and took the weekend off and I feel that I am recovering well. Hurricane brandon is gone , still dealing with some gastro issues but I'm making this week my bitch .
2-5 sep 2014 , hurricane brandon , nevar forget . We will rebuild !

Notes
THank you gods of aesthetics the stomach issues are like 90% over. Tail end of last week {which wasnt logged} was just horrible. I had no energy, or motivation. I looked like a bloated whale.
The workout was beast. I felt and looked great. I recently read Mike Mentzers book. He called the dip the "squat" of the upper body. I started implementing this on chest and arm day , and I've yielded great progress from what I believe to be this movement. Ive been avoiding locking out , and keeping the muscle group under constant stress. For example the Flat DB press this evening was done with only 50-60lbs DBs (reps usually hit 12). I go down super moderately slow, mentally contected; feeling all my fibers recruited, come down with a nice deep stretch, and shoot up until near lockout, but I dont lock my elbows, I come back down instantly. Its exhausting, and painful lol.
When I think of chest, I think of Arnolds thick chest.

I got some posing practice in this evening . In case anyone is peeping my physique in the pic, that was PWO and cardio , low carb . Flat and water logged so not an accurate depiction of where I'm at .
I have some things on my mind :
A ) fire my coach . He hasn't been conducting himself as a professional , seems like he couldn't give a **** , can't remember anything I tell him , I've been flat / low carb for 10+ straight days , he is all over the place , doesn't explain anything and seems bothered when I bring issues up, he's late on a lot of things , i hear from him once a week ect . So I'm like 90% set on moving on .
B) do I really want to do a men's physique ? After the posing I've realized it's not really conducive with my passion of bodybuilding . The poses are like " stand here and smile and look cool " . I feel it short changes me from displaying my physique . I also have great quads that would help me rack up points in BB . Although BB is political , MP is 10x that IMO . This will be a drastic change if it's made . Idk . Just things on my mind .I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :
