Here is my transformation over 100 days this summer. (First picture taken May 19th, last picture taken yesterday, August 29th). Just got back to school. I started off just counting my calories in my head and for the longest time I remember my goal calories for the day was 2400. When i first started I did not have any knowledge about dieting but I did have 5 years of lifting under my belt. Over the course of the 100 days my dieting/fitness/weightlifting knowledge felt as if it was exponentially increasing. I was very very consistent and structured and it has greatly improved my lifestyle, mood, and attitude. I did this naturally, at first I didn't even buy protein like i use to until a couple weeks in I started buying some cheap 20$ protein from the grocery store. I stuck with c4 as my pre workout for basically the entire cut. i started at around 200lbs and now I'm at 170 but have maintained a lot of my strength. Thoughts? Questions? Appreciate the feedback guys.

Dude since Iv been doing this cut my whole mentality in the gym has changed. I really wish a could give a more accurate account of my strength gains/losses and my past maxes but I feel like I can't and here is why; I go so much harder in the gym now. I know now that I give 100% every time I step in the gym and I feel like before I didn't. I benched 365 when I was at a pretty fat 205 and I know I couldn't do that now but I also have no desire to max right now.

As requested, here are the wheels. Really starting to focus on them as of course I neglected them when I first started training. And some vascularity for Mirin' purposes.Attachment 7242621Attachment 7242631

Mad respect Marine. Im actually not in the military but I go to The Citadel, its a Military College in Charleston, SC were one of the best in the country. Unlike west point or the naval academy you aren't required to serve once you graduate but most of the people here go in as officers upon graduation. My roommate is a marine though.
