yeah dont worry about gains till you are in a surplus. just maintain your lifts if possible & get some good volume in.

About to hit cardio and watch nfl gameday morning before work, then got work, then gym, then HW/food.
Patriots dont play til monday so das it. Just got to make it til my next day of no commitments which is thursday.

i used to get all upset or create crazy anxiety when people surrounded me with great food that i know for my mental health i just cant give into. once you accept the fact that you cant have or you dont want to have any, youll let it learn to not bother you. im reading a book now about breaking bad habits/binging and you can actually train your brain to change your current ways. i have trained my brain to be obsessed over sweets and processed food for 20 years. ive only been fit for 2 years and now food pressure doesnt affect me at all anymore.

weight is the same as last Sunday this morning. Yesterdays weight was 1.5LBS less than last week. but im going to try a diff approach for this cut and future cuts (if it works swell). and thats going to be, if my weight is the same as last weeks weight for 7 days im going to drop cals by 50 or add 20min more cardio for the week. i dont think the refeed thing will work. could experiment tho

Got yucky af last night. Was a great time but I had a lot of booze and random chaser cals. The scale is definitely not my friend this morning (even after alcohol dehydration). Hopefully it's just fluctuating and will level out. Lol, no fukks given though. On dat dere liquor bulk.

wow added 6 tbsp of egg whites to my oatmeal this morning. cant believe the volume it added. i used egg whites before but i used it separated from a egg and it made it kind of nasty because of the white egg white chunks. i guess liquid egg whites is the key

I just wear silk boxers. srs. I don't understand how anyone can wear underwear or those briefs resembling boxers but are made out of underwear material.
In other news, I bought 31" waist jeans and there's still a bit of room for me to pull them out. feelsgoodman.
But I had two donuts for breakfast so I'm starting my day out fishnbrah style. Hopefully I don't go any parties tonight though.
