Congrats Dusty! Awesome dude on stage and in every day life. Shows that hard work will eventually pay off if you are dedicated. He looked great here; much improved over the last couple weeks.

Cutting update:
Carb cycling with carb backloading
Currently 2 carb nights a week
Losing 2-3 lbs a week, goal weight and body fat % set for November 15th arrival date. Currently on track. Plan is laid out with updates scheduled along the way, but as always subject to change based on body's responses and speed of progress

Congrats to him. Seems like a great dude. Just not sure why someone with genetics which are so inferior would put their health at risk, as it is obvious he won't be able to do much at the pro level. I hope this was the pinnacle of his goal and if so, well done brother.

Huge congrats to Dusty! Been following him for the last year plus and the dude has never given up his goal of getting that pro card, even when he placed poorly. Love his video updates, by far my fave personality in the sport. Super happy for the guy.
