Yeah, hopefully he can help... But I am thinking of cancelling the appointments altogether. Like, I am wasting my fukkin benefits with these ppl. They aren't helping me. I wanted trigger point massage. Instead I get told how to flex my abs without pushing my gut out... The ****? Anyways, the PT. I saw yesterday said that the powerlifting physiotherapist was going to check some of my form. I have a coach. I don't need a form check. I need to be in Less pain.

Ok, deadlift day. It didn't go quite as planned, but that happens. The past 3-4 weeks I've had a nagging ache in my mid hammy. I tried to get Matt to rub it. But I forgot to get naked, so he wasn't focused.
Warm up

Trap bar

Sumo deadlift
Should have been 225x10 singles.
I did 3 singles, and texted Wade. Because I had that left hammy screeching mid lift and I kept feeling myself shift the weight to push with the right leg to ease the pain.
So, I did accessories and called it a day. Happy with the PR. Going to roll and see if I can work out the kink in the leg tonight and then ice.Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.

So, the penny penny told me where to smash the hamstring for trigger point relief. She told me out of memory.. Thank you so much... My hammy has been fine all weekend since I did it. So.. I love you.
I'll going to try and pick up a trigger point book today if I can find one.

I did that chit. Yesterday, after I was at the gym, my neighbour called me. She has crazy bad rheumatoid arthritis and can't drive because of it. after going around in circles, I came to the conclusion that she needed to see her dr. So, I took her there and waited while she saw them. While waiting, I looked around my car and saw an old 5/3/1 paper. From 1.5 years ago.
Since then, my 1rm has gone up:
30lbs on my OHP
75lbs on my sumo deadlift
45lbs on my bench
55lbs on my squat
Woot woot!

Oh I'm sure there are muscle gains too. But it's mostly fat. I'm realistic in that sense o think. When your titties are so big you need new bras? You can't blAme muscle gains... You just can't.

Also, was supposed to speed bench. As I was walking out the door, I got the twinge in my brain that I get. The migraine twinge. So I cam back in to clean until I was certain it was not a migraine. I'm not driving an hour just to see I can't bench anyway.
It does feel like a migraine. I was up all night with nightmares and panic attacks so, that's no surprise. I typically take 24 hrs to recover from migraines, so I may not hit the gym after all. We shall see.Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.

So, I woke up Friday feeling great and I did hit the gym, thankfully. It was speed bench and I will update soon with that. The weekend was pretty weird. Eli had a cross country race and he bailed on it LIKE A BOSS. I will post some pics of that soon.

I will see what I can do. The big issue right now is the stupid iPad. I used to post everything from my computer. Now I have to fight with this damn thing to post pics and stuff. It sucks.
So, since last weekend, I've been trying to get my chit together diet wise. It occurred to me that back when I was losing, I stopped eating refined sugar. Then the huge IIFYM came out and I was like, oh chit, I can eat chocolate. I'll mAke it fit my macros. For me? That's a no. I get crazy sugar cravings when I eat some, and I somehow forgot that over the past year or so. SO, I quit eating refined sugar etc, and stopped drinking beer... Again. when I crave beer at the end of the day, I drink a glass of milk, and that seems to take care of the craving, oddly. I'm a day drinker, so I want a beer around 4-6pm. Once I eat dinner, I'm fine. So the milk has been helping.Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.
