Hey Guys
I was wondering if anyone could help me find a protein powder to gain weight to build muscle. Here is the catch, I am lactose and tolerant so I need one that doesn`t bother me. There isn't too many ones out there but I am checking to see if anyone else is lactose and tolerant and uses a protein to put mass on.
Thanks

Since you are lactose you will need an Isolate
Allmax IsoFlex or Blue Star IsoSmooth which are 100% Isolate would be a great choice. Do not get anything but an isolate or you may risk some nausea.

Good friend of mine is lactose intolerant and uses MET-Rx Isolate. No problems at all. And it's pretty cheap and very high quality. Check it out.

I got some if muscle fx hydrasolate from bb.com here. It tastes good and has a good profile. It's 122 cal and 28 grams of protein per scoop. It was like like $68 I think but is also like 73 servings. Has no lactose at all like the other isolates. I am not lactose intolerant though. I just look for good calorie to protein gram ratios when buying protein and this one was a good one.
