Been back to lifting for about 3 months now, I had stopped for quite some time but I have made phenomenal strides since I've been back to the gym. I am currently running activate, white flood, and green bulge. Right now I'm going for total recomp, I've lowered my bodyfat from about 32% down to roughly 16% still with a ways to go. I am looking for the best of the best supplements for lean mass gains. In the past I have tried x-factor, activate, NO-Xplode and of course just the basics. I am looking for something powerful that will help me change my physique. So what is the best of the best thats legal aside from Prohormones. I'm 24 and live in Canada.

First off congrats on your change thus far. Counting and tracking your macros is going to be the most important and vital part if you want to keep changing your physique. If you want to add a supplement you could look into Neogenix Supremacy 2.0. It has a nice dose of Forskolin 95 along with other ingredients such as longjack, and, Eurycoma Longifolia just to name a few. It's currently on sale for I believe around 30 bucks, and stacked with the 10% discount it makes it an even better deal.

No.
Our products, nor any other companies, is going to make a drastic/noticeable difference in your physique.
The only thing supplements may do for you is give you a bit of a performance boost in the gym (via ingredients/doses you aren't receiving through nutrition), and that slight performance boost could translate into potentially bigger gains, however the difference in results will likely be negligible.USMC (2009-2013)

Being a company rep does not mean being a product pimp.
I'm not here to feed you bull**** lies in an attempt to generate sales, I'm here to assist you in pursing your physique/fitness goals.
IF I feel like our company, or another, has a product that would assist you in the topic at hand, I'll gladly recommend it.
However in this situation it's simply not true and I'm not going to tell you it is.
Lies do not earn respect.
In regards to the general public.
They spend millions due to misinformation they commonly see, and believe, spread through magazines, t.v. ads, and the interwebz about products that create "MIRACULOUS RESULTS IN JUST 12 WEEKS!" and unfortunately have not discovered reliable sources of information (such as the forum) to learn the truth about how this process works.

Well my main goal is really to just acquire lean muscle gains while continuing to get lean and change my bodyfat%. So far from what I've read I ought to go with 6g EFAs, a preworkout w/ creatine, and possibly forksholin. I've been rocking activate all this time and it sounds like anything that changes or plays with hormones that isn't steroids is just BS.

Hard to say really, it was in my younger years, but the strength was great and I definitely added some size for sure, but how much of that would be attributed to the very expensive supplement, i'm not sure. Its a 50 day cycle right, so if you don't make any results even without supps somethings wrong lol
