3 days calesthenics and 2 days weightlifting

Hi guys what do you think about 3 days calesthenics and 2 days weightlifting.

Full body everything since I'm a beginner still and hiit after calesthenics and swimming after weight lifting.

Calesthenics beginner program still working out on it, my current goals are to achieve Muscle Ups, L-Sits, Dragon flags and Hand Stand Push Ups once I achieve those I'll set harder goals, how could I reach those goals?

Weightlifting well I lift heavy and in superset cause my goal is to lose bodyfat %, 22bf% atm and my goal is to reach 15% now and later on 10-12%

What do you guys think about this and could anyone help me or show me where I could get help for calesthenics and make a workout for reaching those goals I mentioned

    thanks in advance bro's

I think if you're doing serious calisthenics, which it sounds like you are, you're going to have a problem in that your muscles generally need 48 hours to rest to rebuild stronger.

I personally enjoy my results more from a mix of calisthenics cardio and weightlifting than I do from straight weightlifting, so I like your idea.
