Hey guys for the next month I will be logging SD Pharmaceuticals Hormone Support Stack.

Before we get to it. Big thanks to guys at SD Pharmaceuticals and especially TeamBarbarian for hooking me up with this stack. Love this opportunity.
I will try to post here as often as possible. Will cover the following:
general feeling
how I feel at the gym
mood
strength
how I look
libido
any side effects
anything else that comes to my mind
The big issue for me is possible joint pain from DAA. I have tried it in the past on two occasions. Both times experience a lot of pain and burning in my knees. Hopefully won't have the same problem this time around.
Here is little info about me:
28 years old
240 lbs
6'1
10 years of working out
I recently started a cut. Lost about 10 lbs in a matter of 6 weeks. So hopefully this stack will also help with my cut.
I follow an IIFYM diet, but my meals tend to look like this lately.
Meal 1
Oatmeal 60 g
1 or 2 scoops Gold Whey Standard (depends if it is a workout day or not, it is a workout day I save 1 scoop for post workout)
100g raspberries
30g almonds
Meal 2 3 and 4
210 g turkey
70 g brown rice
tabasco
60 g red beans
40 g tomate paste
12g flaxseed oil (meal 2) or 12g olive oil(meal 3 and 4)
Meal 5
3x Large eggs
10 g almonds
That's about 240 g protein, 90g fat and 258g carbohydrates. 2800 kcal.
Other supps I take daily:
Multivitamine
Creatine
Betaine
Fish oil
Cissus
PreW
I will be taking it prior to my first meal and prior to my 3rd meal.
DAA 2 caps
Dim 1 cap
Acacetin99 1 cap
All that twice daily.
Tomorrow will be the first day. Gonna report later.

So day 1 is in the books. Took as mentioned in the first post. Did arms today and had one hell of a workout. Great pump, mind muscle connection, everything on point. Obviously it is too early to get those from this stack. What I can tell from day one is that pills are easy to swallow, no digestion issues or stomach issues.

Good start to your log! Great stack... looking forward to how you respond to it.
I haven't heard of the possibility of joint pain from DAA... hopefully with the anti-a and DIM it's not as much of an issue.

Rest day today. Maybe will do some abs at home later in the day. Already after morning dosage. Feel good, nothing out of ordinary side effects wise.

Second rest day on a row. Slept fine tonight. So far no side effects. Have a biking trip today and will be back at the gym tomorrow and on Sunday, working chest rare delts and triceps and lats with traps, bicep and forearms.

5 days in. Did chest with rare delts yesterday. Had a great workout. Felt really motivated and focused entire workout.
I think I start noticing some benefits from this stack. First of all I slept a lot better over the past two nights. Usually I wake 2-3 times per night to piss. Because I drink around 2 gallons of water daily. Woke up once each of last 2 nights. In the morning ready felt better, much more rested even though slept as many hours as previously 8.
So far no changes in body composition. Nor do I experience any joint pain, which was a big deal for me, going into logging this stack, especially DAA. Hopefully it stays that way all the way through.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

Did lats with traps yesterday. Workout went great. Felt very focused and energized.

Woke up very energized. Slept even better, only woke up once. It is really an improvement for me as I tend to wake up really often during night. Another peasant surprise was a morning wood plus libido is definitely up, which makes my gf really happy heh therefor my mood is also better. Personally those are the things I expect from stuff like this. So I am really happy with results thus far.

Sorry it's been really busy and messed up couple of days. Despite a lot of stress and hectic schedule I was feeling good. So to speak some inner peace with hehe
Each day I feel it working more and more in regards of my libido. Sex drive is much better and morning wood is a pleasant problem to have every morning.
Haven't slept too much over the last 3 days, I did fall asleep easier, but I assume it's because I was super tired. Today I will finally get a lot of sleep, so I expect to be very well rested and energized tomorrow.
Even though I didn't have the best scenario the past days, I was able to have a good mood, without being all nervous or aggressive towards people that pissed me off.
I think I might be losing some water, but again it might be due to messed up 3 days. I manage to keep my diet in check, but sleep and water intake were different story. Tomorrow we are getting back to doing things right way. Hopefully gonna have some more concrete information.
Workouts were decent. They weren't the greatest, but I manage to do what I had to. The mind muscle connection and pumps are different story. Gonna have great workouts over the weekend to make up for those 3days

Ad you can see I clearly enjoy going to is move first in my workouts, to get blood in there before the compound lifts. This does not make me a lot weaker on my compound moves but it allows for more mind muscle connection and lessens the possibility of injury. Plus it does make it easier on my joints. Going so high in reps on for example bb shrugs, allows me not to shrug with 550 lbs, but instead I go with 270 I get a good pump.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

So I hoped for good workouts over the weekend, but ended up with a flu. Not the best exchange in the World.
Obviously feel like crap. Even though I have a flu and fever and my throat is sore as hell I managed to get decent sleep.
Already seeing myself couple pounds lighter , which is no fun. Hopefully I can get back healthy ASAP, to get back on track.

Finally got to the gym yesterday. Did a whole body circuit. And even though I was coming of a flu, I had a great workout. Pretty much I had energy from the moment I woke up. Libido is an easy thing to notice, but not only is my mood better, but today I think I am starting to notice changes in my body composition. I think I have lost some water, as I look a little bit dryer. Haven't weighted myself since the flu, gonna do that next week. Also what I noticed today it was very easy for me to get in the zone. Driven and aggressive, in a good way. Today I have a day off. It hard to say after a coming of the flu gym session, but I felt really strong today. Gonna see how it changes in the next couple days.

Over the last few days I noticed that I have definitely lost some water. I look much harder plus muscles feel much fuller. Especially once you hit the gym, get a pump, that pumps stays a lot longer. You can also see an increase in vascularity. I have always had an issue with that. Even when I got Ripped I was never the one to have some crazy veins all over my body.
Libido is still up. Morning wood present. When I wake up in the morning I feel energized. That obviously translates to the gym, as I am able to be much more focused and aggressive while lifting.
What's even greater is that I still don't experience any side effects. I would like to think that Flex Freak has a lot to do with it as well.
I hit back yesterday. Here is a recap of what a did.
1. Superset
Wide chest pulldown
Close chest pulldown
3x 6-10 / 15-20
2. Db rows
3x 10-15
3. Machine hummer grip rows
4x 8-12
Last set drop set. 2 drops. Hold and squeeze for 5 sec each rep, plus negative part of movement takes about 3-5 sec. Painful as hell.
4. Superset
Super wide machine hummer grip rows (you basically grab by part of the machine structure, not the handles)
Overhand wide cable rows
4x 20-25
Last set is a drop on both excersies. Each with 2 drops with 5sec hold and squeeze as well as 3-5 sec on the negative.
5. Superset for rare delts
Machine
Cable
3x 10-15
Last set a drop set on both excersies.
Finished it off with 5 fill in sets for biceps for better recovery. Just to get some blood there to keep a better nutritional delivery to the muscle cells.
Bb curls
Db hummer curls
Front cable curls
Bent over hummer Db curls
Concentration curla
1x 15-20 reps

Felt really rested yesterday. Even though had a killer back workout the day before. I feel like I recover a lot quicker, mostly because Hormone Support Stack has definitely improved my sleep.
Libido is not as strong as it was at the beginning. Have really no idea why.
My mood is great. I feel rested and energized.
Still I haven't experienced any side effects at all. That makes me very happy.
During gym sessions I feel very driven, aggressive and I feel like I am making some strength improvements. Plus my endurance is a lot better. I do a lot of dropsets and supersets, I feel like I can handle a lot more that burning pain that I could prior to adding these supps to my stack.
My body is getting a little harder as well. Water has been dropped. Like I mentioned before I feel much fuller and pumps last much longer. Everything is going in right direction.
Here is a recap of what we did yesterday with a friend of mine. It was chest + traps + fill in sets for triceps.
1. Superset
Cable cross
Push-ups

2. Machine extra wide press (pretty much you grab not by the handles, but by the part of the structure) fold with your lower part of the palm, this creates a movement that's a little press and little flyes. You sit a little lower and it hits your upper chest incredible.
4x 8-12
Last one is a drop set. 2 drops till absolute failure.
3. Db incline press
3x 6-10
4. Superset
Incline cable flyes on a bench
Svend press
4x 15-20
Last one on cables is a drop set.
Then we're the fill in sets for triceps. To help with recovery
5. Overhead Eze Bar Extensions
Overhead ropes extensions
Underhand push downs
Decline French press with dB
Push downs with d handle
1x 20-30
Finished it off with traps

Yesterday was a busy day, but I managed to go to the gym and had a productive workout.
Had trouble waking up in the morning. But managed to pull myself together once I was after shower and breakfast I felt great. Full of energy with good mood. That even my GF didn't manage to screw up with her mood swings hehe.
Libido is back to normal I think. Did have a great increase till now. Maybe it's workout volume.. Any way I feel great anyway.

I have finished a bottle of Acacetin99 and DAA. It's hard for me to judge single product out of the entire stack as I have taken all 3 at once, however you can definitely say that they do exactly what it is supposed to:
Harder, dryer look - it kicks in couple days in, so I would recommend getting at least 2 bottles of each for those interested
Vascularity and pumps - definitely they help with looking leaner, getting those veins to much more visible, also I got a feeling that pumps lasted a lot longer
Libido was undeniably higher within the first week. However I though it got back to normal in last couple days or maybe I got used to it.
Mood and energy are really noticeable. Both of them were great during running stack. Also aggressiveness at the gym was an additional plus, didn't expect this one.
The only complain I might have is that bottles run out pretty fast. As Acacetin99 last 20 days and DAA is good for 22 days as you need 4 a day to get full benefits of it.
Still got a week left in DIM usage. Gonna see how it finishes up. Then I will judge the results of entire 30 days.
Did arms yesterday and had a great workout.

I am getting to look leaner. Also muscles feel much harder even in the morning, which has always been an issue for me. As I had always looked very flat upon waking.
Libido hasn't improved much since the initial increase. Which is a bummer. But it can't grow in eternity I guess.
Mood is still great, very confident and positive. Energy is great as well.
Had a decent back workout the other day. Would have been better if it wasn't for the fact that I forgot to charge my iPod and was working out without music. I think that messed up entire workout, as I didn't have enough focus and aggressiveness. All that gym talk is really annoying. But wasn't a bad workout either.
Here is the workout itself. Same as last week just added 1 set to some to increase a little volume.
1. Superset
Wide chest pulldown
Close chest pulldown
4x 6-10 / 15-20
2. Db rows
4x 10-15
100 lbs DB
3. Machine hummer grip rows
4x 8-12
Last set drop set. 2 drops. Hold and squeeze for 5 sec each rep, plus negative part of movement takes about 3-5 sec. Painful as hell.
4. Superset
Super wide machine hummer grip rows (you basically grab by part of the machine structure, not the handles)
Overhand wide cable rows
4x 20-25
Last set is a drop on both excersies. Each with 2 drops with 5sec hold and squeeze as well as 3-5 sec on the negative.
5. Superset for rare delts
Machine
Cable
4x 10-15
Last set a drop set on both excersies.
Finished it off with 5 fill in sets for biceps for better recovery.
Bb curls
Db hummer curls
Front cable curls
Bent over hummer Db curls

At the moment the most noticeable results are :
Getting rid of water retention
Great mood
Focus at the gym
Slightly increased libido
Had a great chest session. Very short breaks, great tempo. Get in, do your thing and leave.
Unfortunately no pics nor video, cause I was working by my self, as my buddie is at home sick.
Here is a recap of what I did.
1. Superset
Cable cross
Push-ups
4x 15-20
2. Machine extra wide press (pretty much you grab not by the handles, but by the part of the structure) fold with your lower part of the palm, this creates a movement that's a little press and little flyes. You sit a little lower and it hits your upper chest incredible.
4x 8-12
Last one is a drop set. 2 drops till absolute failure.
3. Db incline press
4x 6-10
4. Superset
Incline cable flyes on a bench
Svend press
4x 15-20
Last one on cables is a drop set.
Then we're the fill in sets for triceps. To help with recovery
5. Dips
Overhead ropes extensions
Underhand push downs
Decline French press with dB
Push downs with d handle
1x 20-30
Finished it off with traps
6. Superset
Bb shrugs
DB shrugs
